“Prana” comes from Sanskrit and can be translated to breath or lifeforce. Prana exists around us, within us, in the food we grow, the air we breathe and the way we move.

About:
Prana is where I combine my love for holistic lifestyle. Movement and mindfulness through asanas. A healthy mind and body through breathwork and Ayurveda.
In my teaching, I combine knowledge of yoga philosophy and elements from Chinese medicine with practical exercises, giving you a holistic understanding of your body. Each session has a specific focus.
When I'm not teaching classes I study Health and Nutrition at the University College of Copenhagen. I also host yoga retreats around Europe to combine my love and knowledge for food and yoga.
