Butter Bean purée/dip

Ingredients:

2 cups of cooked butterbeans

1 tablespoons organic olive oil

8 cloves of garlic

Salt

Pepper

How to:

Bake the whole garlic in the oven or air fryer for 30 minutes or until golden. Let it cool. Add your beans to a food processor with a little water, add oil and squeeze out the baked garlic (only use the soft part inside of the garlic). Blend everything and season it with salt, pepper and extra olive oil.

Serve with cherry tomatoes (cut in half) and rye-bread chips (cut thinly and air fried). And enjoy<3
