Creamy avocado butterbeans
1 avocado (2g)
250g cooked butterbeans (16g)
1 teaspoon hemp seeds
1 clove of garlic
Juice and zest of one lemon (add more or less to your liking)
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast (5g)
A looot of fresh basil
Cook your butterbeans till they are nice and warm. Blend everything together, leave some basil and lemon zest to drizzle on top as well as some black pepper and sea salt. Enjoy!
