Peanut butter mousse
Serves 2
100g peanut butter (25g)
100g tofu (preferably silken) (16g)
Water to help blend
1-2 tbs agave syrup
Pinch of salt
Blend in a high speed blender. Add water gradually until smooth. Let it cool in the fridge. Melt chocolate and mix with a little plantmilk/water. Add on top of the mousse and let it cool. Enjoy!:)
