Dreamy garlic butterbeans

Serves 1

This is one of my absolutely go-to meals! It’s packed with fiber and protein, easy to make and tastes absolutely delicious:)

  • 200g cooked or canned butterbeans

  • 3 cloves of garlic (feel free to use more)

  • 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast

  • Olive oil

  • Fresh basil

  • Ground pepper

  • Lemon zest

Heat your pan. Add 2 tbs of olive oil and the minced or finely chopped garlic. Let it fry for 2 minutes then add butterbeans. Let it fry 3-4 more minutes before you add nutritional yeast. Top with fresh basil, ground pepper and lemon zest. Enjoy!
